Shipping

Orders will typically ship within 24 hours not including weekends or holidays. Orders received Friday thru Sunday will not ship until Monday.

Primary Carrier: United States Postal Service - Priority Mail. 1-3 days
Ground Shipping: UPS or FEDEX for ground shipments. 2-5 days
Note: Large hangers may take up to 10 days for delivery.

Please Note:

  •   Verify that you have included a valid postal address. We do not refund shipping costs due to an undeliverable shipping address.
  •   A tracking number will be sent to you so you will know when to expect the delivery. It will be your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours if the package was marked as delivered and you don’t have it.

Some items may require a signature for delivery.

Estimated arrival dates don't apply to:

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and rural areas
  • Deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses
  • Items that must be sent by ground shipping: Oversize items as noted in the product information
  • Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering

Returns

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or refund of product purchase price. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".

• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• -within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (after 30 days no returns are allowed)
• -must not be a special order or a custom order

Returned products should be in their original condition and packaging and be shipped pre-paid to A Mammoth Company. We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:

  • We sent the incorrect item(s)
  • Item(s) arrived damaged
  • Item(s) did not work because of a manufacturing defect

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY items. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Return Procedure Contact our Consumer Care department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ( email: railhookz@gmail.com )prior to making a return. You will be given instructions on how to make the return. All products being returned to us must be authorized. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized. Check your spam folder if you have not heard back from us within 24 hours.

Please do not attempt to make a return without getting a RMA first!
